AD Flash 030 – The End of October   October 30th, 2013

Happy Halloween, tonight we bring you a bit of flash fiction to celebrate the holiday. This is  more of a mood piece than a story-driven plot, but I really like how it came out. Jethric rode his horse quickly through the darkness, his heart beating faster, his mind racing. He looked up at the moon, so high in the night sky, and the cougar felt his nervousness growing. Cursing himself once again for his mistake, he pushed onward. He knew must get there soon; there was no time to waste… If he got there too late, could he stop them? Could he hold back the ritual?
